At Kaiser Permanente Online Store, we strive for the perfect fit; if you are not completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip provided during the online request process.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
